Jamie’s Story | I Just Wanted to Go Down the Slide with My Child
That afternoon on the playground, I almost cried.
Back then, I weighed nearly 100 kg. I had just given birth not long ago and was a full-time mom whose whole world revolved around her child.
All I wanted was to go down the slide with my kid — but I got stuck halfway.
My child laughed and called out to me, surrounded by other children’s giggles, and I could only force a smile to hide the ache in my heart.
I didn’t say anything, but inside, I broke.
It wasn’t just about the weight — it was that I felt completely trapped. My body had no flexibility, no space, even breathing felt heavy. Looking in the mirror, I wasn’t sure if I still recognized the woman staring back at me.
Then one day, I was at a concert, listening to Waa Wei talk about how she had transformed her body. Her openness touched something deep inside me. Later that night, I found her Instagram, and she mentioned a health coach named Leilei.
Something inside me lit up — a quiet thought whispered, “Maybe I could try… for myself.”
So, I followed Leilei’s facebook.
It wasn’t one of those hyped-up moments of motivation — it was a gentle kind of pull, a feeling of safety, like “maybe this is a place where I can take my time.”
Eventually, I gathered the courage to send her a message.
I thought she’d reply with a strict plan or list of rules — but instead, her first question was:
“How have you been lately?”
That simple question made me realize — she wasn’t trying to teach me, she truly wanted to understand me.
Her support felt different — not pushy, not controlling — just someone walking beside me, helping me find my own rhythm.
She always said, “It’s okay, we’ll adjust as we go.”
That gentle patience made me start believing I could begin again.
During that time, I started listening to my body more — sleeping better, preparing simple meals, giving myself permission to rest.
The change didn’t happen overnight.
But each morning, I woke up feeling a little lighter, a little more like the person I wanted to be.
After five months, I had lost 27 kg, and so far, a total of 37 kg.
But honestly, it was never about the numbers.
It was about discovering that I could be different — that I was worth feeling proud of.
Now, at 38 years old, I’m 166 cm tall and weigh 56 kg.
This summer, I wore my first bikini and ran along the beach with my son — not to impress anyone, but because I wanted him to remember his mom as someone happy, playful, and full of life.
Before, I poured all my energy into taking care of my child.
Now, I know that taking care of myself first gives me the strength — and love — to care for my family even better.
I’ll never forget that afternoon when I got stuck on the slide.
That was the moment I decided to stop ignoring myself.
Maybe right now, you’re also in a place that’s hard to talk about.
If you’re doubting yourself, give yourself a little space — a little kindness.
Sometimes, it’s not that we can’t do it… it’s just that no one has truly understood us yet.
And if no one has told you this lately —
You deserve to find that smiling, confident version of yourself again — the one who can laugh and go down the slide with her child. ❤️

Cynthia’s Story | A Nurse’s Journey Back to Health
Together, our family lost 53 kg — and I found the healthiest, most comfortable version of myself again.
I’m Cynthia, a registered nurse who has spent years working in internal medicine and neurology. I’ve cared for countless patients struggling with stroke, hypertension, and metabolic issues. Watching them work so hard through rehabilitation made me realize something — my own health was quietly slipping away.
At that time, I weighed 80 kilograms. My knees hurt, my body felt constantly tired, and my lab results were no longer what I used to call “normal.”
Even though I knew I needed to change, I couldn’t find the motivation to start — until one day, my husband and I made a “Health Pact.”
We promised each other: This time, we won’t compromise.
That’s when I came across Leilei, through a friend’s sharing.
Her story carried this calm, gentle, and genuine energy — not pushy, not rushed. I joined her support community, where I learned a more sustainable, everyday way to take care of my health. It wasn’t about complicated theories or strict plans — it was about finding a rhythm that felt good and easy to continue.
During that time, I started planning meals differently and paying closer attention to how my body responded. In the very first month, I lost 9 25 kg — and that feeling of “I can actually do this” moved me deeply.
After five and a half months, I had lost 25 kg.
My knees stopped hurting, walking became light and effortless, and even my mood felt brighter. The best part? My husband joined me on this journey too.
And to my surprise, our two daughters — who both love beauty — were inspired as well. They began caring more about their health and joined us in the plan. Together, we each found our own glow again and learned how to take care of ourselves with love.
It wasn’t just a physical transformation — it changed our family dynamic.
We started cooking together, talking more about life, and cheering each other on.That kind of connection and togetherness was more beautiful than I ever imagined.
Now, I’m not only healthier but also more confident to embrace everything I want to do.
I’ve started sharing my story, and seeing more and more people around me begin to care for their own bodies — that sense of inspiring others feels truly precious.
💛 I didn’t just lose weight — I stopped running away from myself.
💛 I didn’t just gain better numbers — I gained happiness, from the inside out.
This journey is really about rediscovering your own worth —
and I’m here, ready to walk this path with you too.

Alice’s Story | Breaking the Myth of “Eat Less, Move More”
Losing weight wasn’t just about numbers — it was about truly getting to know myself again.
Hi, I’m Alice, and I live in Australia.
I’ve always loved food — and honestly, I’ve always had a good appetite. I still remember when I was in grade school, my mom introduced me to the concept of “healthy eating.” That summer, she taught me how to balance carbs and protein, and I started working out. I lost 10 kilos — my first ever weight transformation. But back then, I didn’t really understand my body, and I never realized that “learning how to take care of myself” would become a lifelong lesson.
As I grew older, I wasn’t exactly skinny, but I wasn’t overweight either — until I had kids.
After my first pregnancy, my weight hovered around 65 kg. After my second, even though breastfeeding helped a bit, no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t get back to where I used to be.
Living in Australia — often called “the fattest country in the world” — didn’t help much either. Clothes here are roomy, and it’s easy to tell yourself, “It’s fine, I’m okay like this.” And slowly, I got used to “being this version of me.”
Over the past decade, I’ve tried almost everything — calorie counting, keto, even considering gastric surgery. Every time, I’d see quick results, only to gain it all back, sometimes even more.
By 2024, I hit my all-time high: 78 kg. On the outside, I seemed full of energy — going out with my kids, attending events — but deep down, I was tired of pretending. I was craving real change.
Then one day, a friend told me about a health coaching program led by someone named Leilei.
My background is in dentistry and biotech, so when she explained the science behind it, something clicked. I knew right then — this was what I’d been waiting for. It wasn’t a quick-fix diet. It was a way to reset my rhythm of living.
For so long, I thought I had to push hard, to restrict and sweat like crazy to lose weight. But now I understand — it’s about learning to listen to your body.
I started paying attention to how I felt each day, writing things down, noticing which foods gave me energy and which ones made me sluggish. Slowly, my body began to respond — from 78 → 70 → 64 → 60 → 55 kg.
It didn’t happen overnight. There were moments I got stuck, frustrated, or wanted to quit. But every time I felt lost, Leilei and the consultants were there — never judging, always reminding me gently: “You can take it slow.”
There was no pressure, no guilt — just a sense of calm and trust that I could do this, one step at a time.
By the third month, people started to notice.
“You’ve lost weight!” “You look so different!”
My jeans felt loose, my clothes fit better, and my smile came back. That was the moment I realized — this wasn’t just a victory on the scale, it was the return of my confidence.
In total, I lost 24 kg and 20 kg of fat.
The most surprising part? I didn’t work out like crazy — just kept my usual two gym sessions per week. I used to believe that losing weight meant endless cardio and pushing to exhaustion. But now I know — real change happens when your body starts using energy naturally again.
And the sweetest part of all — my transformation inspired my mom. She started following the same lifestyle, and one day, she slipped into a designer skirt she bought before having my sister. Her smile at that moment — it was pure joy, like a girl again.
This time, I didn’t change to become someone else.
I changed because I finally had the courage to come back to myself.
💛 The version of you you’ve been missing? She’s still there, waiting to return.
💛 The clothes you dream of wearing aren’t the goal — they’re proof that you’re living with confidence again.

Susan’s Story | Everything Begins with the Mind
From Schizophrenia to Self-Confidence — A Journey of Change with Just My Phone by My Side
Hi, I’m Susan, a mom from Hong Kong.
If you’ve ever been through a low point in life, or felt discouraged when looking in the mirror, you’ll probably understand how I once felt.
In 2022, after being a full-time mom for four years, I returned to work as a beautician. I thought it would just be a simple transition, but society had moved on faster than I expected. I pushed myself hard, trying to keep up and prove that I could do it — but all that pressure eventually broke me.
I couldn’t sleep, my emotions were all over the place, and I cried often.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with acute schizophrenia. Things got so bad that I couldn’t even take care of myself, and my family had to send me to the hospital for over a month of treatment.
After my condition stabilized, the medication side effects hit — I gained 20 kg in a short time, reaching 72.45 kg, the heaviest I’d ever been. My body felt heavy, my mind exhausted. I avoided mirrors, avoided going out.
I tried everything I could — intermittent fasting, cutting calories, working out — but nothing lasted. I’d exercise for two days, then feel so tired I’d quit for three, and end up gaining even more. The more I tried, the more defeated I felt.
Then I remembered a friend I’d seen sharing her story on Facebook — Leilei.
We talked.
She didn’t give me strict rules or meal plans; instead, she shared her own journey in a very down-to-earth way. She told me, “This is something we walk through together.” It wasn’t about following orders — it was about learning to understand my own body, my rhythm, and what really works for me.
It didn’t feel like she was “teaching” me how to lose weight. It felt more like she was walking beside me, gently, step by step, helping me rediscover myself. That’s how I found the courage to begin.
💛 In just 3 months, I lost 13.5 kg, including 9.4 kg of fat.
💛 In total, I lost 23 kg, and 17.6 kg of that was pure fat.
This transformation didn’t come from restriction or control — it came from small choices I made every day, and a growing love for myself.
For the first time, I realized that losing weight could actually feel light, easy, and joyful.
No crazy workouts. No starvation. No pressure.Just someone who truly listened to me, who helped me track and adjust gently day by day.
For the first time, I felt understood — and that feeling was far more precious than any number on the scale.
Now, I’m not just lighter — I’m happier.
I can fit into my old clothes again, and my heart feels light too.
My 7-year-old son said, “Mom, you look like a big sister now!” — and in that moment, my eyes filled with tears.
I know many women feel trapped — by their weight, their emotions, or their past. But I want to tell you this: you don’t have to walk this path alone.
Someone truly understands what you’re going through.
No matter how small your first step is, it’s still a new beginning.
If you just believe in yourself — even slow progress can lead you into your own light.
✨ As it says in the Avatamsaka Sutra:
“Everything is created by the mind.”
When you believe and take that first brave step, success will surely follow.
